My meals today.

I cant't say I ate much today. 
I didn't at all. 

I'm probably going to be terrible at taking pictures or writing exact recipes for what I eat, I just eye things-no measurements. 

Remember, I'm not dieting-just eating better home made foods with fresh ingredients. 


This morning I didn't eat. I slept in. I woke up and drank a bottle of water. 

For lunch I made tofu with broccoli and seasoned it with black pepper, sea salt, garlic and onion powder, and a little bit of cayenne pepper. That probably sounds gross but it tasted amazing, and that's still important to me. 

I just got back from the gym and threw this together for dinner. It's chopped garlic and onion with diced tomatoes and tomato sauce over zucchini and it's seriously delicious. Just know everything I use is organic so I don't have to note that all the time. I'm lazy in that sense. The only thing that wasn't fresh was the sauce. I still used canned sauce mixed with the diced tomatoes to make it. 



I'm not pretending to be an amazing food photographer-so if something doesn't look as great as an advertisement just take my word when I say it tastes amazing. This did-really good actually.

The rest of the night I will have green tea or water because I'm not eating after 8 anymore. 

Trust me I fucking hate this part of the day and it is a huge adjustment. All I want to do at night is eat the shittiest thing ever and watch a movie.

What I've found works to kill any cravings if they happen is to make myself a virgin bloody mary. The spiciness kills my appetite and it's good for you sans vodka-kinda filling too.
