My muscles are killing me!
Holy fucking ouch!I've been at the gym everyday minus Christmas eve and Christmas and I'm probably overworking my muscles.
I might need to give em a rest completely. I trade off on arms and legs everyday and do cardio everyday. My legs just are hurting so bad, not in a sore way, in a way like my muscle is going to rip in half hah!
So tomorrow I will rest.
As far as food goes, today I had plain greek yogurt with banana nut granola mixed into it.
For dinner I had broccoli and onions in a marsala sauce.
I'll probably have hummus and baby carrots later for a snack.
I should probably speak with a trainer and find out how I should be working out. Everyday is probably the worst idea. Whoops!
