Green Dinner.



The whole clean eating process has been a lot easier than I thought it would be. Feeling better and never feeling sick or sluggish after eating is such a great pay off that it doesn't make you miss the junk. I have so much more energy and going to the gym 5 days a week isn't even a chore, I look forward to it. 

It seems everyday my body improves, this is my stomach today! It looks different from almost only a week ago! I love my body more than ever. 



This morning I had a carnation instant breakfast. I like the chocolate one a lot, it's like a treat except it's full of protein and vitamins. 

For lunch I had a tomato basil wrap with cucumbers, romaine, and feta mixed up in a lite italian dressing. 

Finally for dinner I had toasted garlic and walnut string beans. I chopped up walnuts and garlic-toasted them for a little bit.  Then I added string beans, olive oil, and a little bit of salt and pepper. 




What's really weird is what my favorite "snack" has become - a virgin bloody mary. 




I make it with v8 low sodium vegetable juice, tabasco, black pepper, a little bit of horse radish and olive juice, and I throw in 5 manzanilla olives. So delicious and it's healthy for you. 

It hasn't been long since I started this change but I love it and I'm really happy with the results.
