Kale Everything.

This morning for breakfast all I made myself was one of those carnation instant breakfasts.
Not natural but I still allow some things into my diet.

One thing I have noticed a huge change in is my skin since I cut out the coffee and soda and have just been drinking water and teas.

I've never had bad skin, it was never oily and I never break out. It has this sort of glow to it now though and without even moisturizing it feels soft on it's own. It was never that way. I love that.

I've also been taking these vitamins for about a month now.

They're raw, untreated, and have live probiotics in them. They have all the specific vitamins for women's needs.

Anyways, for a snack today I made kale chips. They were amazing and took 10 minutes to make!

I preheated the oven to 355, i put the kale on foil and drizzled them with olive oil and sprinkled with a bit of sea salt and garlic powder. Soooo delicious.

Now for dinner I used the kale I had left to make a giant salad. I made a dressing with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. I crushed up a bunch of walnuts and sprinkled some shredded asiago on top. It's so fresh tasting and a super quick dressing to make. Much better than a cream dressing from a bottle and using croutons. The walnuts and asiago add a lot of flavor.

Tuesday will be my two week picture. I can definitely see changes. I didn't expect to but I do and I'm pretty fucking happy about it.

Eating healthier isn't so hard. I still allow myself to eat some things. If it's once in a while and in moderation it won't reverse all that I'm doing majority of the time.
