I go to the gym 4 days a week sometimes 5, and I've cut out all processed food. I don't drink anything but water, water with lemon, vegetable juice, and only sometimes fruit juice because there's a lot of sugar in it.
It's really changed the way I feel completely. Everyday I have so much more natural energy without taking any kind of supplements or drinking caffeine of any kind.
It's the best feeling to just feel so naturally good for the first time in a while because my body is getting what it needs without it being processed.
All my food is made from fresh produce.
Last nights meal was delicious, I made cucumber avocado salad, tuscan kale salad, and eggplant parmesan without the pasta.
To make the cucumber avocado salad all I did was slice up the avocado and cucumber, and I added lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. It was so delicious and had a very fresh taste to it. The eggplant parm is just breaded eggplant with sauce and mozz on top. Nothing different than a regular parm recipe.
The kale salad I already posted before but I'll post again for those who missed it. It's just kale and I make the dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Then I crush walnuts and sprinkle that with either parmesan or asiago on top. It's so quick to make and it's really yummy.
All in all this change to my diet has been really rewarding, I can see so many changes in my body, mood, and energy.
Like seriously at this point, why would I ever go back to eating junk when this feels so good and tastes better?
Not happening.
