So I keep hearing about how warm lemon water is supposed to give you this crazy burst of energy and you should drink it in the morning for that reason.
I thought maybe since I gave up coffee this would be great. Although I feel a lot healthier and less sluggish than I had been with coffee I'm still kinda sleepy mid-day. I'd love a cup of coffee to pick me up but, I don't believe in taking steps backwards so coffee is done for good in my life.
I've always drank water with lemon, it tastes better than just having plain water all the time but it also has it's benefits.
1- It's amazing for your skin.
2- It's great for digestion.
3- It's a natural energy boost!
I've never drank it in the morning just usually with dinner or lunch and never warm. Starting tomorrow I'm going to start trying it in the AM. I'll let you all know if this really impacts my morning or not.
