This morning I had green apple slices with peanut butter spread on them and I sprinkled with cinnamon granola. It's so goooood. I love it.
I went to the gym around 4:30 and cooked dinner as soon as I got home. It was about 6:30 I think.
I sliced up zucchini and yellow squash and onions mixed that with cannellini beans and sauteed it for a bit with olive oil. I seasoned it with garlic and onion powder, parsley, black pepper, cayenne pepper and a little bit of sea salt. Threw it over brown rice-perfect. So so good. It didn't take long to make either.
I drink water all day and with meals, I haven't been drinking anything else. It hasn't been a big adjustment cutting out coffee and diet cokes. I guess I'll see how it is when my vacation is over and I'm back at work. Yikes.
Now it's time to get myself together, shower, and go outttt! I'm so shot. Give me strength!
